5 Tips to Become a Speaker at RL Palooza 2019

It's not always easy to come up with a winning submission that'll land you a speaking opportunity at RL Palooza. We've rounded up a few tips and tricks from our committee to help you with your topic.

  1. Choose a topic that you're passionate about
    The best conference speakers have an important message to share with the audience. Let us see the passion behind your submission.
  2. Take it back to literature 101
    Make sure you have a defined purpose that caters to our audience. Provide sufficient context so the judges can better understand your overall story.
  3. Simplify 
    Write out your details at a high level.
  4. Focus on key take-aways
    Draw out your key take-away, call to action, or a challenge to the current perspective on your topic.
  5. Tie to theme
    We encourage you to tie in your topic with RL Palooza's themes. Review the themes again:
  • Employee engagement for increasing reporting
  • Innovative uses of RL
  • Using data insights to inform work
  • Benchmarking

Make sure you apply by the deadline February 15, 2019 to make sure the committee receives your abstract.
